Natasha Saunders is a dedicated campaigner, consultant, and public speaker. Drawing upon her personal experience of enduring eight years of multifaceted abuse – sexual, mental, physical, economic, emotional, and tech abuse, alongside coercive control, at the hands of her former husband – she advocates for change.
Leveraging her expertise in PR and Branding, Natasha champions the transformative potential that arises when responses to abuse are handled effectively. She is deeply committed to increasing understanding of the widespread impact of domestic abuse, both on individuals and across society.
Notably, Natasha played a crucial role in the enactment of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, contributing to the legal changes surrounding threats to share intimate images. Her ongoing work is dedicated to fostering a more equal and empowered society.
Following the conviction of her perpetrator in 2018 on three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault by penetration, resulting in a 12-year prison sentence, three years on license, and lifelong registration on the Sex Offenders Register, Natasha resolved to become the voice of support and understanding she had longed for during her own ordeal.

Natasha Saunders has established extensive working relationships with the UK Government, Crown Prosecution Service, prominent beauty brands including Decorté, Benefit, and Avon, numerous FTSE 100 companies, and police forces throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. Her impactful lived experience talks and facilitation sessions have reached over 16,000 officers within the Metropolitan Police. Additionally, her tailored training packages have been delivered across the private sector on a global scale.
